That's why we're looking for someone to take on this recruitment and make sure EventInsight continues to grow with the right people. You will become part of a pleasant and informal organization.

Developed by EventInsight, Let's Get Digital is an online event platform, where a virtual experience is created that feels like a physical event. The Let's Get Digital platform is developing rapidly as a SaaS product and has the ambition to grow into an independent company in the coming year.

As a recruiter you will manage the entire process from A to Z for a vacancy. This starts with getting to know the internal applicants. You map out which people are wanted, where the priority lies and get to work.


What do we expect from a recruiter?

  • You work independently and take ownership of the entire recruitment process;
  • You take care of the vacancy texts and place them on the various platforms;
  • You hunt suitable candidates through different platforms;
  • You will conduct an initial telephone intake with applicants based on strict requirements;
  • You will conduct your first job interview together with someone from the department;
  • You give advice to the applicant on the basis of the first interview;
  • You are responsible for planning all job interviews;
  • Upon acceptance, you conduct a conditional interview and make the offer;

Job requirements

As a recruiter you work a lot together with different colleagues and speak to a lot of candidates, therefore it is important that you are communicative, social and verbally strong. You have a HBO work and thinking level and have at least 2 years work experience in a similar position, you are enterprising, know how to keep an overview and above all know how to ask the right questions during a job interview. Because we also recruit international colleagues, a good command of English (especially verbal) is important.


As a person, it's important that you're enthusiastic and involved, fully committed to ensuring that EventInsight and Let's Get Digital hires the right people. Switching tasks quickly is easy, you're organizationally strong and can plan well. In addition, you are creative, eager to learn and have the necessary perseverance.


Office in Groningen

You work from the office in Groningen and the team is in contact with clients throughout the Netherlands and far beyond. Your team therefore includes international colleagues and the working language is English. The daily stand-up, lunch, delicious coffee and Friday afternoon drinks will help you feel at home. As a bonus, the two office dogs Dollie and Zoë can also be found in the corridors.

Software to improve events

EventInsight was founded in 2017 and has a young team of 25 creative and innovative people. EventInsight develops software to improve events by stimulating interaction between visitors and generating data insights. Since 2017 EventInsight has rolled out a mobile application for this purpose. Since this year they have launched a digital platform (www.letsgetdigital.io) that has already received many digital visitors. They work according to the 'work hard, play hard' principle and have grown rapidly over the past period. Together they have the ambition to become market leader in digital events.
